Judy Sharon McKenzie Jaeger

Judy Sharon McKenzie Jaeger, 83, of Batesville went to be with her Savior on Monday, January 23, 2023. Judy was born in Waterford, MS on June 2, 1939 to Charles A. and Myrtle “Gertrude” Smith McKenzie.

She was an avid traveler and saw many countries with her husband and family. She was an artist of drawing and of embroidery and she enjoyed lithography. Her biggest passion was the love of reading, along with being with her family and caring for her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Leonard W. McKenzie; and the love of her life, Richard M. Jaeger.

Judy is survived by her nephew, Charles L. McKenzie (Debbie); her nieces, Dr. Diana L. McKenzie and Julie Puentes; great nieces, Rachael K. McKenzie, Victoria M. Moore and McKenzie C. Moore; great nephew, Aaron L. McKenzie; a host of friends here and those that she stayed in touch with from North Carolina.

A graveside memorial service will be held Friday, January 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Alan Brown officiating at the Evening Shade Cemetery.
