Shirley "Elaine" Eades Ellison

Shirley “Elaine” Eades Ellison age 65 of Cave City died Saturday May 5, 2012 at a Jonesboro hospital. She was born January 14, 1947 at Trumann, Arkansas to Afton and Gereldine Harlan Eades. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gereldine Eades and one brother, Mike Eades. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Troy Ellison of the home; one son, Troy Ellison Jr. of Alpharetta, Georgia, one daughter, Rhonda Jo Clift of Wellston, Oklahoma; one grandson Brandon Rork of Atlanta, Georgia; her father, Afton Eades of Saffell; two brothers, Jerry Eades of Alicia and Larry Eades of Mena; four sisters, Pat Bagwell and Joan Bagwell both of Saffell, Darlene Presley of Jamestown and Ann Dent of Jonesboro; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Monday May 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Monday May 7, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City. Pallbearers will be Troy Ellison Jr., Brandon Rork, Junior Bagwell, Jerry Eades, Larry Eades and Scott Clift. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Dent and Dave Presley.
