Lollis W. 'Butch' Hendrix age 65 of Evening Shade died Friday September 21, 2007 at his home. He was born June 10, 1942 at Flint, MI to Lollis Wayne and Juanita (Hulett) Hendrix. He was a self-employed carpenter and of the Baptist faith.He was preceded in death by his father.Survivors include his wife, Wanda Hendrix of the home, his mother Juanita Herling of Warren, MI, five sisters Nadra Mitchell of Gladwin, MI, Laura Addis of Troy, MI, Kim Morgan of Roseburg, Oregon, Tierney Garrett and Bronwyn Springland both of Garfield, AR, several nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Wednesday September 26, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Larry Loggins officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time.Pallbearers will be Matt Baukus, Russel Baukus, Aaron Hallmark, Donald Walton, Chris Penna, Allen Milligan, Bobby Huskey and Tim Cook.Honorary pallbearers are Harold Gray, Dick Mitchell, Paul Addis, Junior Hendrix, Tommy Hendrix, Kenny Hendrix, Doug Hendrix, Jerry Hendrix, Scotty Hendrix, Robert D.
