Louise Pierce Brown, age 88 of Floral died Thursday October 18, 2007 at Searcy. She was born November 8, 1918 at Floral, Arkansas to Rex adn Addie Marcie (Head) Pierce. She was a homemaker, a retired co-owner and operator with her husband of Brown Lumber Company in Floral. She was a member of the Floral Baptist Church where she served in many areas, teaching, keeping the nursery and leading the Womens Missionary Union. She was also a member of the Gideons Auxilliary in Batesville. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family and her church.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gerald Brown, one brother, Lewis Pierce and two sisters, Lois Jane Griffis and Luna Smith.Survivors include two daughters, Jeanette Herring of Conway and Angeline Stoner of FLoral, one sister, Sula Allgood of Floral, two grandsons Justin Sutter of Davenport, Iowa and Branson Sutter of Conway, two great great granddaughters, Ryleigh Sutter and Kyndal Sutter both of Conway, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Pallbearers will be Billy Allgood, Paul Allgood, Phillip Sexton, Douglas Wilson, Phillip Grammer and Daryl Brown.Honorary pallbearers are her grandsons and great grandsons.
