Georgia Ann Peel

Georgia Ann Peel age 84 of Drasco went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday December 12, 2007 at Heber Springs. She was born June 7, 1924 at Sangamon, Illinois to Jack and Burdie Burrow. She was a retired seamstress in Illinois.She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Clifford Upchurch and several brothers and sisters.She is survived by her husband, Floyd Peel of the home, one son, Jim Upchurch of Florida, several step-children, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The residents and staff of Golden Living Center of Heber Springs also considered Georgia as family. Georgia was well taken care of there and very much loved furing the past few months of her illness. They will always hold a special place in our hearts. Georgia will be greatly missed.Graveside services will begin Sunday December 16, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Locust Grove Cemetery located at Locust Grove with Carl Blankenship officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will begin Saturday December 15, 2007 from 6:pp until 8:00 p.m.
