Hazel Dean Tadlock

Hazel Dean Tadlock age 82 of Batesville died Thursday December 27, 2007 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born November 18, 1925 in Optimus, Arkansas to Raymond and Lillie Mae (Rorie)Tipton. She was a homemaker and a member of the Allen Chapel Free Will Baptist Church at Southside.She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Carol Craig, one brother Bill Tipton, one infant grandson and one infant granddaughter.Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Roy Tadlock of the home, one son, Bob Tadlock of Batesville, one daughter Bambie Tadlock of Batesville, one brother, Jack Tipton of Salado, one grandson, Lynn Craig of Desha, four granddaughters, Tammy Estes of Diaz, Penny Clark of Lincoln, Nebraska, Shawn Tadlock and Trisha Tadlock both of Batesville, five great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Monday December 31, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Allen Chapel Free Will Baptist Church at Southside with Bro. Tim Landers and Bro. Troy Sharp officiating. Burial will follow in the Alderbrook Cemetery located at Desha with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will begin Sunday December 30,2 007 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Lee Thompson, Lynn Thompson, Josh Estes, Jimmy Middaugh, Danny Timpton and Eddy Craig.Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Doughlas Bernard, Dr. Dennis Davidson, Dr. Rick Van Grouw, Dr. Ron Bates, Dr. Margaret Kuykendall and Leroy Maupin.
