Bertha Bufford

Bertha Bufford, age 95 of Cave City died Saturday, January 19, 2008 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born April 8, 1912 at Shirley, Arkansas to Joseph and Etta (Melton) Smith. She was a homemaker.She was preceded in death by herparents, her husband Bertist Alvin Bufford, one daughter Shirley Moye, one brother John Baker and two sisters Delcie Hall and Ermie Mead.Survivors include five daughters Patsy Harris of Midland, Texas, Wilma Oberst of Redding, California and Janie Meyers of Twin Falls, Idaho, one sister Marie Sellers of Cave City, fourteen grandchildren, Johnny Branson, Milan Eoff, Linda McDonald, Sandy Rutherford, Brenda Francis, Jerri Fox, Nita Mills, Kathy Rogers, Linda Hiemforth, Angie Adams, Patty Miller, Penny Gammons, Kevin Johnson and Kimmie Barnett, numerous great grandchildrev, several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Tim Turner officiting. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Thursday, January 24, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
