Imogene Norman

Imogene (Williams) Norman, age 82 of Strawberry died Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born February 10, 1925 at Strawberry, Arkansas to Walter Azar 'W.A.' and Alice Melinda (Runyan) Williams. She was a homemaker, worked ConAgra Foods in Batesville and a member of the Ramsey Heights Baptist Church at Desha.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Walter Norman, a son William Kenneth Norman and one brother Buren Kenneth Williams.Survivors include two sons Aris Ray Norman of Strawberry and Danny Joe Norman of Batesville, one daughter Donna Pledger of Batesville, one sister Sue Ford of Cave City, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Friday, January 25, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Robert Randolph officiating. Burial will follow in the Ward Cemetery located at Strawberry with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Thursday, January 24, 20008 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Michael Norman, Justin Saffell, Bob Norman, Darrell Ford, Chris Toland and Deriek Bangs.Honorary pallbearer is Kevin Larsen.
