Roberta B. Sandys

Roberta B. Sandys, age 71 of Cave City died Saturday February 2, 2008 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born January 8, 1937 in New York to Robert and Helene Brown Austin. She was a homemaker, a retired waitress and of the Methodist faith.She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Bud Austin and one sister, Norma Alexander.Survivors include her husband, Harley Sandys of the home, two daughters, Cindy Lyon of DeRuyter, New York and Donna Jean Rathbun of Johnson City, New York, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, several nieces and nepehws and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Wednesday February 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Maxville Cemtery located north of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of CAve City.No visitaiton is planned.
