Pauline E. Cummings

Pauline E. Cummings, age 74 of Batesville died Thursday, February 14, 2008 at a Memphis hospital. She was born February 24, 1933 at Marked Tree, Arkansas to Lawrence Harry and Edna Lorraine Craft Clouse. She was retired from Conagra Foods in Batesville and a member of the Church of God.She was preceded in death by her parents.Survivors include her husband of 40 years, William Cummings of the home, one brother, Manuel Clouse of Earle, eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Caleb Harris and Bro. Donald Turner officiating. Burial will follow in the Lee's Chapel Cemetery located on Hwy. 25 in Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will begin Friday, February 15, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Brian Coles, Charlie Reynolds, Robert Martin, Ryan Martin, Stephen Downs and Caleb Spinks.Honorary pallbearers are Leon Reynolds, Jerry Beard, Dr. Margaret Kuykendall and Dr. Homer Brooks.
