Heath Baird

Heath Baird, age 26 of Cave City died Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Locust Grove. He was born April 88, 1981 at Jonesboro, Arkansas the son of Karen Kuykendall and Bill Powers. He was a hydroelectric maintenance operator for Trans Tec and was of the Baptist faith.He was preceded in death by his grandfather Isaac Baird.Survivors include his wife Lela (Martin) Baird, one son Joshua Heath Baird and one daughter Allie Jane Baird all of the home, his parents of Cave City, two brothers Ronnie Allard of Calera, Oklahoma and Mark Davis of Post Falls, Idaho, two sisters Michelle Perkey and Heather Baird both of Cave City, grandparents Anita Smith of Cave City and E. T. and Jane Kuykendall of Tyler, Texas, five nieces and two nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City with Bro. Ron Canard and Bro. Nathan Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery located at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Wednesday, March 5, 2008 from 6:00 until 8L:00 p.m. at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City.Pallbearers will be Jason Carpenter, Nick Herrington, McAdam Martin, Travis Perkey, Mark Davis and Ronnie Allard.
