Lowell Eagans

Lowell Eagans, age 68 of Strawberry, Arkansas died Thursday, March 6, 2008 at a Batesville hospital. He was born April 7, 1939 at Lynn, Arkansas to Oscar and Mary (Davis) Eagan. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran, retired from Con Agra Foods, enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church in Saffell.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife of forty-six years, Sharon (Crafton) Eagans, a daughter and son-in-law Sharonda and Randy Moody of Cave City, a grandson Dylan Moody of Cave City, four brothers Danny Eagan of Cave City, Brooks Eagan of Portia, Larry Eagan of Pocahontas and Tom Eagan of Cherokee Village, three sisters Ruth Anderson, Linda Becker and Cindy Allen all of Bono, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church atSaffell with Bro. Stanley Vandergrift and Bro. John Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Ward Cemetery located at Strawberry with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will begin Friday, March 7, 2008 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be William Milligan, Jared Crafton, Richard Crafton, Chris Eagan, Steve Becker and Jody Doyle.
