Jason John Smith Vanoven, age 25 of Evening Shade died Sunday June 22, 2008 at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home. He was born June 9, 1983 at Phoenix, Arizona to Danny and Alice Vanoven. He was a construction worker.Survivors include his parents, Danny and Alice Vanoven of Evening Shade, one sister, Jessica Lynn Tillman of Norman Park, Georgia, three stepbrothers, Danny Vanoven jr. of Saddle, Bruce Vanoven and Charles Vanoven both of Jonesboro, one stepsister, Amber Johnston of Cherokee Village, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with his grandfather Fred Vanoven officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Danny Vanoven Jr., Bruce Vanoven, Charles Vanoven, Andy Sampson, Larry Sadler and Skylar Sloan.Honorary pallbearers are Holly Pockrus and Royce Ann Wilson.
