Bernis Monroe Crow, age 84 of Hot Springs Village died Sunday, September 7, 2008 in a Hot Springs hospital. He was born, April 5, 1924 in Cave City, Arkansas to the late Frank and Monnie Detherow Crow. Mr Crow retired from Cooper Communities where he worked for over 30 years. He was a Veteran and a member of the Mt. Tabor Methodist Church.Survivors include a special friend, Adell Delap of Hot Springs Village; a nephew, Donald Crow of Cave City; three nieces Linda Sawyer of Cave City, Mary Moore of Paragould, Ruth Ann Crouch of Strawberry; several great-nieces and nephews and a several other relatives and friends.Mr. Crow was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters; J. R. 'Mutt' Crow, Earl Crow, Lucille Crow and Bertine Crumely.A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Caruth Village Funeral Home, 4623 N. Hwy. 7, Hot Springs Village.Funeral services will begin Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Grayden Milligan officiating. Burial will follow in the Ball Cemetery located south east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home in Cave City.A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City.Pallbearers will be Frankie Crow, Todd Foreman, Seth Foreman, Scott McSpadden, Heath McSpadden and Ethan McSpadden.Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathan Moore, Kerry Crouch, Carl Crouch and Blakeley Crow.
