Marie Queary

Marie (Files) Queary, age 78 of Batesville died Sunday, September 28, 2008 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born December 20, 1929 at Greers Ferry, Arkansas to Johnny L. and Mattie (Harper) Files. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Harold Queary, one son Billy Queary, one brother Garner Files and two sisters Velma Townsley and Evelyn Roustin.Survivors include two sons Steve Queary and wife Sharon and Greg Queary and wife Terry, one brother George Files and wife Edie, one grandson Billy Queary and wife Kara and a great grandson Tanner James Queary all of Batesville, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Campground Cemetery located in Bethesda with Larry Sellers officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will begin Tuesday, September 30, 2008, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Honorary pallbearers are Willie Holowell, Tim Fairchild, Calvin Fairchild, Ricky Moser and Larry Moser.
