Lloyd Crunk, age 74 of Evening Shade, Arkansas died Sunday, October 19, 2008 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born June 22, 1934 at Conroe, Texas to Robin Glen and Viola Hayden Crunk. He was a U. S. Army veteran, retired from Chevron in Houston, Texas after 25 years and was of the Baptist faith.He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Curtis Glenn Crunk and Billy Charles Crunk.Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Bee Crunk of the home, one son Michael Crunk and companion Polly Wilke both of Richardson, Texas, four sisters, Mildred Hodges of Conroe, Texas, Jean Grafft of Angleton, Texas, Juan Corley of Huntsville, Texas and Jerry Mills of Conroe, Texas, several nieces and nephews, a large extended family and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Campground Cemetery north of Evening Shade, Arkansas with Bro. Paul Corley officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville, Arkansas.Visitation will be Wednesday, October 22, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
