Clark Mobley, age 93 of Chatham, Mississippi, formerly of Cave City died Friday, October 24, 2008 at the Mississippi Care Center in Greenville, Mississippi. He was born July 15, 1915 at Mobley, Arkansas to Henry and Ethel Clark Mobley. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served during World War II. He was a self-employed piano technician, musician, avid outdoorsman, carpenter and professional fisherman. He was of the Methodist faith.He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Eugenia Mae Lewis Mobley and three sisters, Amy James, Orelia Rawlings and Lethie Rawlings.Survivors include one son Dwayne Mobley and wife Fauncine of Chatham, Mississippi, two grandchildren Wade Mobley of Chatham, Mississippi and Chance Mobley of Oxford, Mississippi, three great grandchildren, Anna Grace Mobley, Madison Lee Mobley and John Thomas Mobley all of Chatham, Mississippi, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ball Cemetery located south east of Cave City with Bro. Grayden Milligan officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Monday, October 27, 2008 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.Honorary pallbearers will be Earl James, Carl Dene Medlock, Tom Penn, Earl Brady and Hurshel James.
