Jake Roath, age 63 of Batesville, Arkansas died Thursday, December 25, 2008 at his home. He was born May 12, 1945 at Neveda, Missouri to Jake and Bertie May Roath. He was a United States Marine veteran having served during Vietnam, he worked several years in the lumber business and was a salesman for Tri-County Electric in Desha.He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Joseph Michael Roath.Survivors include his wife, Patsy Roath of the home, two sons Heath Roath of Port Allen, Louisiana and Brian Yeager and wife Tanya of Batesville, one daughter Heather Johnson and husband Sandy of Louisiana, one sister Yvonne Satterwhite and husband Randy of Southside, six grandchildren, Garrett Yeager, Bethanie Sharp and Reagen Yeager all of Batesville, Braxton Yeager of Newark, Austin Payne and Evan Johnson both of Louisiana, two nephews, Robert Patterson of Batesville and Mike Satterwhite and wife Heather of Little Rock, a niece, Tina Lawellin and husband Larry of Southside, father and mother-in-law, Pat and Ruby Patterson of Batesville, a brother and sister-in-law Dwayne and Debbie Patterson of Batesville, his beloved dog, Gizmo, and a host of other friends.Funeral services will begin Monday, December 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Alderbrook Cemetery located at Desha with Bro. David Insell officiating.Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will be Sunday, December 28, 2008 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Terry Hipp, Ken Todd, Tim Johnson, Gary Hardin, Lenny Rush, Darin Dodrill, Andy Yeager and Larry Buhler.Honorary pallbearers are All Employees, Directors and Board Members of Citizen's Bank, Employees of First Southern Bank, Employees of Fall Creek Inn in Branson, Missouri, Dr. J.
