Calvin Dale McLeod age 63 of Cave City died Friday January 9, 2009 at his home. He was born July 26, 1945 at Cave City, Arkansas to Homer Aldie and Eunar Lucille (Hill) McLeod. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired truck driver.He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Amy McLeod, three brothers, James McLeod, Tom McLeod and Gerald McLeod and two sisters, Walsie Mahan and Alice McLeod.Survivors include his wife, Lety McLeod of the home, three daughters, Charlene McLeod of the home, Tammi Ivy and husband John of Grubbs and Patty Riley and husband Rory of Las Vegas, Nevada, three step daughters, Vicki Moore of Des Moines, Iowa, Michele Alvarez of Norwalk, California and Kelli Campbell of Newport, three brothers, Ray McLeod and Paul McLeod both of Cave City and Bill McLeod of Batesville, one sister, June Duvall of Cave City, three grandchildren, Brenna Ivy of Grubbs, Mickey Riley of Las Vegas, Nevada and Amanda Riley of Portland, Oregon, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Monday January 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Sunday January 11, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Honorary pallbearers are Charles Landers, Merle Bechtol, Bill Hamilton, Tommy St. John and John Ivy.
