Marian Green

Marian Green, age 78 of Smithville died Wednesday January 14, 2009 at her home. She was born January 9, 1931 at Cedar Springs, Michigan to Fredrick Neff and Mamie Isabell Holiday Fisk. She was a homemaker and a member of the Strawberry Baptist Church.She was preceed in death by her parents and one sister, Geraldine Hinkley.Survivors include her husband, Donald Green of the home, one son, Ivan Kent Ringler of Albermarie, North Carolina, three daughters, Ranae Lashell Fletcher of Landis, North Carolina, Arretha Louise Page of Chinga Grove, North Carolina and Thelma Polston of Cave City, one brother, Ronald Neff Fisk of Cedar Springs, Michigan, one sister, Genieve Giar of Cedar Springs, Michigan, twelve granndchildren, nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday, January 17, 2009 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Shamrock Cemetery located near Charlotte with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Friday, January 16, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Michael Liles, Michael Peterson, Kevin Liles, Ken Polston, Kerrry Fletcher and Phillip Horton.
