Richard Marchese Jr.

Richard Marchese Jr., age 61 of Beebe died Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. He was born May 13, 1947 in Ohio. He was the son of Ross and Bernetta Carlton Marchese. He was retired from the U. S. Army having served two toursof duty in Vietnam. He also had worked for Entergy of Arkansas. He was a lifetime member of the DAV and a member of the Union Valley Baptist Church in Beebe.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife Rhonda Perkey Marchese of the home, one son Heath Marchese of Searcy, one daughter, Tianna Marchese of Maumelle, one sister and brother-in-law, Dottie and Glennis Vance of Zephyrhills, Florida, one grandson, Blake Marchese of Sherwood, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Monday, March 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church located north of Cave City with Rev. Michael Ring officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery located at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Sunday, March 15, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Gary Johnson, Tony Perkey, Michael Higginbottom, Joe Turner, Gary Lovan and Bill Hamilton.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the DAV.
