Bulah Mae Tackett, age 69 of Cave City died Thursday May 21, 2009, at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born March 27, 1940, at Cave City, Arkansas, to George Alexander and Dorris Pauline (Pinkston) Blankinship. She was a homemaker and attended Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City. She was preceded in death by her parents;her husband Ed Tackett; one brother Leroy Blankinship and one sister Allie Jean Blankinship.Survivors include one son Jim Tackett of Ash Flat; one daughter Eddie Mae Bagwell of Strawberry; one sister Lula Jones of Nelsonville; five grandchildren Sarah Bagwell and Bradon Bagwell, both of Strawberry, Jessica Tackett and Justin Tackett both of Cave City and Austin Stark of Ash Flat; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Monday, May 25, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Rev. Brian Ryals officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery located at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Sunday, May 24, 2009, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Pete Ring, Randy Gann, Rick Jennings, David Keller, Danny Neal, and Johnny King.
