Diana Lynn Preacher Lyons

Diana Lynn Preacher Lyons, age 27 of Cave City died Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home. She was born January 26, 1982 at Newport, Arkansas. She was a homemaker, enjoyed spending time with her infant daughter, going to the lake with family and friends, NASCAR racing and Razorback ballgames. She was of the Methodist faith.She was preceded in death by her father, her paternal grandmother, Violet Sipes, her maternal grandfather, Fred Edgar and her aunt, Pam Parker.Survivors include her infant daughter, Chevi Cheyann Hancock of the home, her mother and step father Janet Lynn and Robert W. Lyons of Cave City, one brother, Robert Lyons of Salado, two sisters, Pam Hicks of Cave City and Tabatha Reilly of Highland, maternal grandmother Evalynn Edgar of Cave City, an aunt, Diana Elsie Edgar-DeLaCruz of Austin, Texas, two nephews, Ryan Hicks of Batesville, Robert Reilly of Highland, four nieces, Chantelle Pauley of Cave City, Amie Reilly and Katlyn Reilly of Highland and Kailey Cheyann Lyons of Salado, and a host of cousins and friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Cave City with Rev. Blake Langston officiating. Burial will follow in the Parsley Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Friday, August 7, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Robert Lyons, Justin Saffell, Michael Proctor, Jeff Chambers, Junior Chaney and Joe Benedict.Honorary pallbearers are Bruce Brown, Rob Isley, Travis Perkey, Timmy Qualls, John Rosier and Jeremy Kellums
