Timmy L. Huskey

Timmy L. Huskey age 54 of Cave City passed away Saturday September 5, 2009 at Batesville. Tim was born July 13, 1955 at Walnut Ridge and attended school in Imboden, Arkansas. He was an 18 year veteran of the U.S. Army where he was a Tank Instructor, Drill Sergeant and N.G. Advisor. After leaving the military, he worked in several local industries. He will be remembered by his family as a strong, loving protective man. He will be loved, missed and cherished until they too join him on that journey.He was preceded in death by his parents, Donnie and Bonnie Huskey of Strawberry and one nephew, Grant Gilbert.Survivors include two sisters, Karen Morgan of Batesville and Nancy Huskey of Cave City, a special companion, Rhonda Andrews of Pleasant Plains, three nieces, Carrie Gaines of Kirksville, Missouri, Kristy Coonfield of Kansas City, Missouri and Carmen Mondy of Hutchinson Mountain, two nephews, Dustin Gilbert of Newark and Dillon Simpson of Strawberry, two great nieces, Ashley Coonfield of Kansas City, Missouri and Lauren Gains of Kirksville, Missouri and great nephew, Donovan Gains of Kirksville, Missouri.Visitation will be held Tuesday September 8, 2009 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home in Cave City. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City
