Laurence F. Wiliams

Laurence F. Williams, age 88 of Batesville died Thursday, September 24, 2009 at the Rolling Hills Nursing Center in Batesville. He was born December 10, 1920 atMc Hue, Arkansas to Tillman D. and Zetta Inman Williams. He was a U. S. Army veteran and retired owner of Crowell Cleaners and Laundry. He was a member of the Southside Church of Christ.He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Chester Williams and Charles Williams and two sisters Pauline Grady and Jan Cathcart.Survivors include his wife, Evalene Williams of the home, one son Larry K. Williams of Rogers, one granddaughter, Amber King of Rogers and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bob Harris and Dean Fugett officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery located in Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.Visitation will begin Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.Pallbearers will be Mitchell King, Gary Bridgman, Clyde Bullard, Craig Cupp, Gary Hardin and Dwayne Millikin.
