Patrick Galligan, age 54 of Evening Shade died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born January 11, 1955 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Roy Matthew and Hazel Eva Jupp Galligan. He was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Evening Shade. He retired from ConAgra Feed Mill in Batesville and enjoyed woodworking. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ronald Galligan.Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Galligan of the home; children, Michael Winey and Leslie Winey, both of Evening Shade, Betty Roork of Salem, Remona Moore of Ward and Matthew Galligan of Evening Shade; a brother, Daniel Galligan of Melbourne; 9 grandchildren, Dalina Perkey, Cheyanne Neitch, Ashlie Winey, Austin Perkey, David Neitch, Jr., Kory Phipps, Dalton Roork, Madilynn Elizabeth Winey, and Patrick Moore, many other family members and a whole host of friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Street Church of Christ in Evening Shade with Clint McBryde and Joey Mounts officiating. Burial will follow in the Evening Shade Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will begin Friday, October 2, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Phillip Vicker, Lonnie Haley, James Dale Royal, Scott Humphrey, Robert Yeager and Mike Cushman.
