Geraldine Pinkston

Geraldine 'Patty' Pinkston age 64 of Batesville died Saturday October 10, 2009 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born April 1, 1945 at Ventura, California to Ferman and Orlena (McCormick) Ledford. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Brandon Pinkston; two brothers, Jasper Ledford and Lois Ledford and three sisters, Violet Sipes, Ruby Arnold and Virgie Ledford.Survivors include her husband, Gene Pinkston of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew and Lisa Pinkston, Rodney Pinkston and Greg Pinkston all of Batesville and Kirby and Tina Pinkston of Cave City; one daughter, Amy Pinkston of Batesville; one brother, David Ledford of Batesville; one sister, Lorene Driskill of Kettle Falls, Washington; seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Billy Huff officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery located in Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will begin Monday October 12, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
