Nellie L. Crabtrey Sharp

Nellie L. Crabtrey Sharp, age 91 of Ash Flat, formerly of Searcy, died Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the Ash Flat Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ash Flat. She was born April 12, 1918 at Shirley, Arkansas, to Thomas and Della Nixon Gibbons. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Eddie R. Crabtrey and John W. Sharp, and two brothers, Clark G. Gibbons and Jimmy Wiley Gibbons.Survivors include one brother, Bobby Joe Gibbons of Little Rock; two step-sons, Glennis Sharp of Cotter and Franky Sharp of Evening Shade; two step-daughters, Kathryn Ray of Evening Shade and Pam Billingsley Vines of Mountain Home; eight step-grandchildren; twelve step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Larry Weaver officiating. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Roselawn Memorial Park in Little Rock with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will be Wednesday, December 16, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
