Thomas Andrew Manuel

Thomas Andrew Manuel age 66 of Batesville died Friday January 15, 2010 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born May 5, 1943 at Batesville, Arkansas to William Cleo and Noma Elnora Staggs Manuel. He was a retired mechanic and a member of the Quail Valley Free Will Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Shirley Jane Milligan Manuel.Survivors include two sons, Danny Manuel of Cave City and Scoty Manuel of Batesville, one daughter, Diana Hudson of Pleasant Plains, two brothers, Kenneth Manuel of McHue and Ronnie Manuel of Batesville, one sister, Katherine Wildrick of Beaumont, Texas, six grandchildren, Autumn Hudson and Ashley Hudson both of Pleasant Plains, Krista Manuel, Bradon Manuel and Devan Manuel all of Cave City and Summer Manuel of Batesville, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Wednesday January 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Quail Valley Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Hoover Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Egner Cemetery located near Salado with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will begin Tuesday January 19, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Jason Manuel, Brad Manuel, Scoty Manuel, Bobby Hudson, Robert Melton and R. B. Melton.Honorary pallbearers are Donnie Tuten, Jackie Simmons, Melvin Hudson, Jimmy Murphree, Larry Allen and Matthew Simmons.
