Leonard Ford Massey

Leonard Ford Massey, age 82 of Ash Flat, formerly of Franklin died Saturday, March 13, 2010 at a Ash Flat Nursing home. He was born September 3, 1927 at Walnut, North Carolina to Hobson and Della Ford Massey. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served during World War II in Germany, he was a specialized builder of water trucks and of the Baptist faith.Survivors include his wife, Elwanda Massey of the home, a son, three daughters, eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.Memorial services will begin Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Myron Baptist Church in Myron with Bro. Freeling Clower officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.No visitation is planned.
