W. I. 'Bill' Williams, age 86 of Batesville died Monday, April 26, 2010 at a Batesville hospital. He was born July 29, 1923 at Atlanta, Georgia to John Orville and Ruth Credille Williams. He was a U. S. Navy veteran having served in World War II, a tool maker having worked for several Aerospace companies. He was a Christian.He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Inez Williams and one sister Anna Ruth Williams.Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Johnson of Batesville and Deanna Tucker of California and one son Gary Williams of Virginia.Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m at the Maxville Cemetery located north of Cave City with Bro. Allen Brown officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.No visitation is planned.Honorary pallbearers are the Staff and Residents of Mill Heights Senior Living Center, Dora Miller, Dr. Diane Schlik, Becky Johnson and Brian Tucker.
