Eugene F. Davidson

Eugene F. Davidson, age 81 of Batesville, Arkansas died Thursday, July 15, 2010 at his home. He was born January 8, 1929 at Mahaffey, Pennsylvania to E. Eugene Davidson and Anna Marie (Murray) Davidson. He served in the U. S. Army from 1951 to 1954 achieving the rank of Sgt. 1st Class,was an electrical engineer and enjoyed his family and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Joyce (Johnson) Davidson of the home, three brothers, Thomas Davidson of Midland, Virginia, Glenn Davidson of Freeport, Pennsylvania and Alan Davidson of Olive Branch, Mississippi, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 18 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.No visitation is planned.
