Eldon Max Brackett

Eldon Max Brackett, age 61 of Concord died Sunday, August 22, 2010 at a Searcy hospital. He was born February 11, 1949 at Batesville, Arkansas to Elmer and Estel Southerland Brackett. He was a farmer, a mason and of the Methodist faith.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include two brothers, Lanny Brackett and Leland Brackett of Drasco, three nieces, Melinda Sharp of Melbourne, Montana Brown and Caitlin Brackett of Drasco and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Concord Cemetery. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.Visitation will be Tuesday, August 24, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Jim Evans, J. D. McCarty, Billy McClure, Terry Whaley, Clint Martin and Larry Martin.Honorary pallbearers are Bill Davis and Rodney Luther.
