Kenneth Brown

Kenneth Brown, age 73 of Mountain View, formerly of Evening Shade died Sunday, September 5, 2010 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born April 20, 1937 at Evening Shade, Arkansas to Imon and Vera 'Foster' Brown. He married his wife Anneta on October 26, 1962 at the Guion Methodist Church. He was a retired farmer and heavy equipment operator and a member of the Sylamore Baptist Church in Mountain View.He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Anneta Brown of the home and one special granddaughter, Jessica Daigle of Cave City and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Robert Hutchison, Bro. Alvin Wiles and Bro. Jim Elphinstone officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery located near Zion with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers are Franky Sharp, Glennis Sharp, Billy Joe Ray, Chris Brooks, J. C. Qualls, Gene Moore, Bill Johns and Billy Mount.Honorary pallbearers are Eddie Dickerson, Bob Brooks, Russ Adams, Carl Campbell, Doug Campbell, Gary Shell, Ray Ford, Jerry Sumner, Norman Girtman, Rodney Downing and Shane Linn.
