Betty Jane Clark Branch

Betty Jane Clark Branch, age 66 of Evening Shade, died Thursday, September 23, 2010 in a Batesville hospital. She was born September 18, 1944 in Lake City, Arkansas to Ernest and Edith Easley Clark. She was a caretaker and was of the Assembly of God faith.She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Paul Franklin Clark and two infant brothers, Charles Edward Clark and Johnny Wayne Clark; and two sisters, Gladys Ann Clark Shirley and Florence Ozella Clark Campbell.Survivors include one son, Matthew Bishop of Evening Shade; two brothers, Jerry Clark and Douglas Clark both of Paragould, Arkansas; one sister, Caroline Grigsby of Batesville; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Powell's Chapel Cemetery located at Poughkeepsie with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2010 until time of service.Pallbearers will be Dwayne Shirley, Jeff Shirley, Jim Timmons, Chad Dillard, Joshua Whitaker and John Sharp.Honorary pallbearers will be Tim England, Bradley Grigsby, Casey Clark and Lee Lovins.
