Emma J. Mast age 78 of Strawberry died Saturday October 2, 2010 at her home. She was born October 29, 1931 at Middlefield, Ohio to Joe M. and Saloma Byler Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of the Strawberry Mennonite Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Andy Miller and Levi Mast; one infant daughter; two brothers, John Miller and Christy Miller; two sisters, Katie Miller and Lizzie Kuhns and two grandsons, Travis Mast and infant grandson, Greg Beachy.Survivors include two sons, Philip Mast of Strawberry and Joel Mast of Summersville, Missouri; three daughters, Ada Mae Schwarts of Huntsburg, Ohio, Sarah Mast of Rawlins, Wyoming and Martha Beachy of Estacada, Oregon; two brothers, Joe Miller and Ervin Miller both of Middlefield, Ohio; four sisters, Saloma Miller of Orwell, Ohio, Sarah Detweiler of Mesopotamia, Ohio, Ada Byler of Middlefield, Ohio and Martha Miller of Seymour, Missouri; twenty-five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Tuesday October 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Strawberry Mennonite Church located at Jesup with Loren Troyer, Daniel Mast, David Miller, Joe Weirich and Eli Hostetler officiating. Burial will follow in the Jesup Cemetery located at Jesup with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will be Monday October 4, 2010 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Strawberry Mennonite Church at Jesup.Pallbearers will be Kevin Miller, Chad Miller, Mark Miller, Matt Derstine, Kendal Mast and Tyler Mast.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Legacy Hospice, 1056 1st Avenue, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas 72476.
