Junior Lee Shepard

Junior 'Lee' Shepard, age 63 of Cave City, formerly of Leachville, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at his home. He was born June 17, 1947 at Manila, Arkansas. He was a plant engineer for Colson Casters in Jonesboro and a supervisor for B&C Diecast in Jonesboro. He was a Christian.He was preceded in death by his parents and ten brothers and sisters. Survivors include his wife, Michelle Shepard of the home; two sons, Christopher Lee Shepard of Jonesboro and Jonathan James Lee Shepard of Lake City; two step-daughters, Cherie Wiese of Batesville and Denise Smithee of Sidney; two step-sons, Michael Pickering and Craig Martin Pickering both of Cave City; one half-brother, Eddie Bolar of Leachville; one half-sister, Marie Sullivan of Leachville; thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the Maxville Church of Christ located on Highway 167 north of Cave City. Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.No visitation is planned.
