Finis Ray Wilkes

Finis Ray Wilkes age 70 of Cave City died Thursday November 11, 2010 at a Little Rock hospital. He was born December 29, 1939 at Sidney, Arkansas to Jimmy and Iola Cargill Wilkes. He was retired from Town and Country Supermarket in Cave City and was a retired Baptist minister having pastored Victory Baptist Church and Eutopia Baptist Church. He was a member of the Rings Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, William Wilkes, Ray Evans, Drexel Evans and W.J. Wilkes and one sister, Camille Finley.Survivors include his wife, Louise Wilkes of the home; two daughters, Janet Snell of Pensacola, Florida and Ronele Smith of Cave City; one sister, Thadece Holley of Pensacola, Florida; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Sunday November 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Terry Johnson officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will be Sunday November 14, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
