Phyllis Ann Waugh Archuleta, age 63 of Batesville died Saturday, December 25, 2010 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born September 25, 1947 at Batesville, Arkansas to Jean Verlon and Thelma Phillips Waugh. She was a homemaker and owned and operated Rainbow Antiques and Collectables for over 20 years. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Batesville.She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Jimmy Waugh.Survivors include her husband Toby Nick 'Archie' Archuleta of the home, four children, Tammy Sue Waggoner of Desha, Celestino 'Chico' Lee Archuleta of Denver, Richard Toby 'Rick' Archuleta of Batesville and Elina Mary Bell of Springmill and one sister Barbara Jane Patsy of St. Louis, Missouri, Sixteen grandchildren, James Deutsch andChristopher Deutsch of Batesville, Dim Ray Casper Archuleta of Arizona, Donald Alex Archuleta of New Mexico, Jared Anthony Edmonds of Grand Junction, Colorado, Zackary Archuleta, Celeste Archuleta, Yvonne Archuleta and Jacob Archuleta all of Denver, Jesyca Sandoval of Erving, Texas, Richard Hall, Richard 'Ricky' Anthony Archuleta, Sergio Lee Archuleta, Phillip Andrew Archuleta, Michael Wayne Bell Jr. and Shayla Faith Ann Bell all of Batesville, eight great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Laurie Dewitt and Jerry Waugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located near Cushman with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service. Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.Pallbearers will be Zackary Archuleta, Mikey Bell, Sergio Archuleta, Phillip Archuleta, James Deutsch and Christopher Deutsch.Honorary pallbearers are Ray Allen Adams, Ricky Archuleta and Delbert Platt.
