Della Mae Girtman Fleetwood age 83 of Cave City died Tuesday March 1, 2011 at her home. She was born August 26, 1927 at Cave City, Arkansas to Kinley Thomas and Alma Laverne Brogdon Girtman. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, reading and gardening. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray Fleetwood; one son, Danny Fleetwood and two brothers, W.C. Girtman and Edward Mack Girtman.Survivors include one son, Karrel Fleetwood of Batesville; two daughters, Cathy Landers of Cave City and Mary Ann Dickson of Paragould; one brother, Norman Girtman of Cave City; one sister, Kayrene Asberry of Cave City; ten grandchildren, Leann Fleetwood, Matthew Fleetwood, Jonathan Fleetwood, Aaron Landers, Jacob Landers, Zack Fleetwood, Laura Landers, Brayden Fleetwood, Sarah Landers and Shena Dickson; four great grandchildren, Courtney Fleetwood, Tyler Foust, Matti Fleetwood and Cade Fleetwood; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Friday March 4, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with Bro. Alvin Wiles officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Thursday March 3, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Matthew Fleetwood, Jonathan Fleetwood, Aaron Landers, Jacob Landers, Zack Fleetwood and Brayden Fleetwood.Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 909 W. 2nd St. Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201.
