Cody Alexzander Burcham

Cody Alexzander Burcham age 22 of Newark died Saturday March 26, 2011 at Charlotte. He was born February 6, 1989 at Batesville, Arkansas to Robert and JoeyBeth Burcham. He attended school at Cord-Charlotte and graduated from Cedar Ridge High School in Newark in 2008. He was employed by Bad Boy Mowers in Batesville and the Newark Power Plant. He enjoyed playing cowboy as a child, playing guitar and was a movie buff and artist.He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Ben Burcham and great grandparents, W.A. and Helen Williams.Survivors include his parents of Newark; one brother, Darrell Burcham of Newark; one sister, Samantha Buie of Newark; grandparents, Darrell and Brinda Collins of Newark; grandmother, Nadine Burcham of Texas; uncle, Mike Burcham of Texas; two nieces, Lexi Buie and Bryleigh Jo Burcham both of Newark; two nephews, Landon Buie and Trace Burcham both of Newark; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Wednesday March 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Jeff Childers officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Grove Cemetery located at Charlotte with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will be Tuesday March 29, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Darrell Burcham, Robert Burcham, Michael Collins, Rick Buie, Trevor Davis, Brandon Lester and Dylan Duncan.Honorary pallbearers are his friends from Cord-Charlotte.
