Jewell Marie Duncan

Jewell Marie Duncan, age 98 of Spring Mill died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at a Batesville nursing home. She was born August 6, 1912 at Protem, Missouri to William and Nora Young Ewing. She was a homemaker, worked as a caregiver and also in nursing and hospital facilities. She was a member of the Spring Mill Assembly of God Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roy Duncan and two grandsons, Larry Biggers and Eddie Biggers.Survivors include daughter, Eula Mae Hodum, three grandchildren, Brenda Brady, Freddie Hodum and DeeDee Hodum all of Batesville, nine great grandchildren, twelve great great grandchildren and one great great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Tuesday,April 26 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Willis Cemetery located on Oak Hill Loop in Spring Mill. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.Visitation will be Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Honorary pallbearers are Freddie Hodum, Ron Brady, Jeramie Brady, Shannon Brady, Russell Hodum, Brian Biggers, James Castle and Dustin Pearson.
