Lavergne Story

Lavergne T. Story age 86 of Tuckerman died Wednesday May 25, 2011 at her home. She was born December 15, 1924 at Marvell, Arkansas to Hillary David and Geneva Waldrip Thrash. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church in Tuckerman.She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Homer Crandall and Bly Story; one son, Gary Crandall; three brothers, Duwain Thrash, H.D. Thrash and Glen Thrash and one sister, Geneva Dunahay.Survivors include two sisters, Gladys Sanders of Newport and Barbara Gaddy of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Friday May 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gracelawn Cemetery located in Tuckerman with Bro. Donald Lewert officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.No visitation is planned.
