Jennings 'Andy' Marshell Anderson, age 75 of Batesville died Friday July 15, 2011 at his home. He was born March 27, 1936 at Mount Pleasant, Arkansas to Owen Marshell and Verna Mae (Shirley) Anderson. He was a U. S. Army veteran, retired after 34 years from Con Agra where he worked as an electrician in the maintenance department. He enjoyed his family, fishing and gardening. He was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Batesville.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife of 54 years Chris Anderson of the home; two daughters, Kristie DeLoach and Rebecca Brown both of Batesville, brother, Thomas Owen Anderson of Mountain View, one sister, Doris Mae Satterwhite of Cave City, four grandchildren, Jessica Brown of Fayetteville, Samantha Brown, Megan Blevins and Landon Dilday all of Batesville, one great grandson, Jaxon Dilday of Batesville and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Monday July 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Free Will Baptist Church in Batesville with Bro. Bobby Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery located at Bethesda with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Service of Batesville.Visitation will be Sunday July 17, 2011 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers are Corky Anderson, Tom Anderson, Mark Anderson, Landon Dilday, Nicholas Brown and Al DeLoach.Honorary pallbearers are First Free Will Baptist Church Family.
