Billy F. Runyan, age 75 of Black Rock died Monday, August 29, 2011. He was born April 2, 1936 at Jesup, Arkansas to Lester Runyan and Verna Huskey Runyan Ballard. He was a retired truck driver, enjoyed camping and traveling and listening to music. He was of the Baptist faith.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife, Wanda Runyan of the home, three sons, William Runyan and Paul Runyan both of Cave City and Ronnie Smith of Atlanta, Georgia, three daughters, Karen Roberson of Batesville, Debra Hardin of Rockwell, North Carolina and Pam Spence of Imboden, two brothers Larry Runyan of Truman and James Ballard of Arizona, six sisters, JoAnn Diebold and Brinda Hollinseed of Phoenix, Arizona, Linda Young of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Patty O'Brien of Lafayete, Georgia, Paulette Piplin and Barbara Farmer both of Marmaduke, twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be Friday, September 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Ron Canard officiating. Burial will follow in the Ward Cemetery located at Strawberry with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will be Thursday, September 1, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Robert Northcutt, Randal Northcutt, Junior Huskey, Jim Furnish, Rodell Bowers and Eugene Raney.Honorary pallbearers are Ellis Runyan and Steve Huskey.
