Stephen Lawson

Stephen Jackson Lawson, age 45 of Strawberry died Monday, October 17, 2011 at Lynn. He was born February 7, 1966 at Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Cleo Jackson Lawson and Judy (Allen) Lawson Tidwell. He was a pipe fitter and welder, enjoyed his family and friends and being outdoors. He was a member of the Saffell Missionary Baptist Church in Saffell.He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo Jackson Lawson and stepfather Kenny Tidwell and grandparents, Glen and Ruby Lawson and Bovay Allen.Survivors include twin sons, Daniel Stephen Lawson and Dillon Jackson Lawson and one daughter, Brook Louise-Mae Lawson all of Cave City, his wife, Helena Lawson of Magness, four step-daughters, Kayla Pearcy of Kansas City, Missouri, Brea Young, Cera Young and Dreaci Young all of Magness, mother Judy (Allen) Tidwell of Saffell, grandmother, Helen Allen of Saffell, sister Dawn Barkley and husband Doug of Jonesboro, two nieces, Addison Brannon of Lynn and Sydnie Culpepper of Jonesboro, one great niece, Ryleigh Claire Brannon of Lynn and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside memorial services will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the Union Cemetery in Saffell with Bro. Curt Howard and Bro. Larry Etheridge officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.No visitation is planned.
