Barbara Deanna Stephens

Barbara Deanna Stephens, age 64 of Southside died Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at a Searcy hospital. She was born November 8, 1947 at Batesville, Arkansas to Wilburn Madison and Rosie Aline Long Allen. She enjoyed collecting and looking at antiques, gardening and the outdoors. She was of the Baptist faith.She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Junior Allen and two sisters Joyce Stroh and Shirley Allen.Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Stanley Stephens of the home, one son, Jason Lee and wife Jennifer of Imboden, two grandsons Toby Lee and Lane Lee both of Imboden, nephews and nieces, Sue Stroh Dawson of Rawlins, Wyoming, Ernie Stroh of Southside, Scott Ellis of Columbia, Missouri, Geoff Ellis of Southside, Leslie Allen and Stacy Allen both of Southside, Jonathan Stephens, Justin Stephens and Jordan Stephens all of Pleasant Plains, Scotty Stephens, Scott Stephens and Adam Stephens all of Judsonia and a host of other relatives and friends.Graveside services will begin Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kyler Cemetery located at Southside. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.Visitation will be Friday, December 16, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.Honorary pallbearers are Scott Ellis, Geoff Ellis, Toby Lee and Lane Lee.
