Terry Dee Puckett Colter, age 56 of Batesville died Monday, January 2, 2012 at her home. She was born October 26, 1955 at Wynne, Arkansas to Leland Morris and Dorothy Imogene Henderson Puckett. She served in the U.S. Army National Guard, was a homemaker, enjoyed fishing, collecting Star Trek memorabilia and raising her daughter, Meagan. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Leland Charles Puckett and Langley Puckett and one sister Susie Bailey.Survivors include one son Christopher Ward of Cave City, two daughters, Deanna Levisee of Little Rock and Meagan Faircloth of Batesville, two sisters, Carol Jones of Little Rock and Cherrie Puckett Arnold of Batesville, five grandchildren, Tony Levisee, Chance Levisee and Benjamin Levisee all of Little Rock, Ashley Fengel and Carly Jewell Colter both of Cave City, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.A memorial service will be Friday, January 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.No visitation is planned.Honorary pallbearers are Charles Puckett, Tommy Puckett, Marvin Elmore, Bryan Elmore and Gary Jones.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas and/or Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.
