David F. Milligan

David F. Milligan, age 59 of Batesville died Thursday, January 19, 2012 at his home. He was born January 29, 1952 at Batesville, Arkansas to J. B. and Jessie Bridgman Milligan. He had worked in retail sales, was an avid Razorback fan and was of the Church of Christ faith.Survivors include his father and mother of the home, one sister, Debbie Wade of Choctaw, Oklahoma, two nieces, Amie Birdsong of Choctaw, Oklahoma and Lindsay Haivala of Midwest City, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Monday, January 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Royce Pendergrass officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery located at Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.No visitation is planned.Pallbearers will be John Stobaugh, Ron Webb, Chad McClure, James Kirkpatrick, Gary Bridgman and Steve Haivala.Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Lackey Moody, Dr. Richard Van Grouw, Gary Leonard and Don Stewart.
