Carthal M. Perry, age 52 of Cave City died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at a Batesville hospital. He was born September 9, 1959 at Batesville, Arkansas to Lloyd A. and Betty Ruth (Birrer) Perry. He was a U. S. Army veteran, truck driver and mechanic. He was a member of the Ring’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church east of Cave City. He was preceded in death by his father, two brothers, David Perry and Grady Perry and two sisters, Kathy Perry and Carol Cook. Survivors include his mother, Betty Perry of the home, three brothers, Calvin Perry and Nathan Perry both of Pleasant Plains and Lyndon Perry of Evening Shade, a sister Colleen Perry Jones of Holly Springs, many nephews and nieces and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will begin Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with Lyndon Perry officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. No visitation is planned.
